Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve made the return process simple and straightforward. You have 30 days to make a return or exchange — just have your order number and zip code handy to get started.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags still attached.

As a small and growing brand, we currently offer store credit or exchanges only on returns — we’re not yet able to offer refunds. This may change in the future, and your support helps us get there! Help us grow, and we’ll keep working to bring you the best possible experience.

Please note: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, hair tools, or any item marked as "final sale."
